Seeking a visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who leads through entrepreneurial spirit, guiding and growing our facility in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Your leadership will influence customer focus, talent development, vision and purpose, accountability, effective communication, and strategic results.

• Current LNHA license in the state of your location.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in previous LNHA experience measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
