TBS Coach | Spanish Bilingual Division/Program:
Therapeutic Behavioral Services Starting Compensation: 26.62 - 31.94 USD Per Hour Working
Location:
San Jose:
South San Jose Center ( In-person position ) Working Hours/Shift: FT, Monday-Friday, AM shift ( 8:30 am-5:30 pm )

- Education:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in behavioral science. - Experience:
One year of experience with severely emotionally disturbed children or adults. - Driver Requirements: A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance, with a driving record that consistently meets the agency's eligibility policy.
The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coach is responsible for working with children in placement to provide a large variety of services ranging from behavior management, crisis intervention, self-help skill building, and other services as needed to provide “whatever it takes” to make a successful placement for the child. The TBS Coach works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and is a part of the child’s treatment team.
