The Opportunity Alliance in Maine is hiring Crisis Support Specialists for overnight remote work, 10 PM–3 AM, Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday. You will provide real-time crisis intervention via phone, chat, and messaging, building rapport and ensuring safety for individuals in crisis.
You’ll assess risk, de-escalate situations, connect people with resources, document interactions, and collaborate with supervisors. MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days is supported by training.
