Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid role, located in Seattle, WA, offers flexibility with some work-from-home options. The Marketing Specialist for Healthcare will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, assisting with sales initiatives, and enhancing customer service efforts. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with team members to identify opportunities, creating targeted campaigns, and engaging with community partners to strengthen outreach efforts.
Qualifications- Clean driver’s license and ability to commute to multiple assisted living, clinical, and community partners
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with patients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in marketing strategy and sales to drive health initiatives and outreach efforts
- Expertise in market research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
- High organizational ability and expertise in using CRM effectively to manage leads
- Ability to work collaboratively in both in-person and remote settings
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations, particularly Medicare and Medicaid, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
