Job Overview

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Powder Springs, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Job Title: Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (excluding bonuses)
Bonus: Additional $50 per hour billed above the minimum requirement
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000
Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Location: Powder Springs, GA

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence‑based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise, support, and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes and data to monitor progress and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and empower parents and caregivers through training.
• Meet or exceed a weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.

• 27.5 hours per week (55 hours per pay period).
• Once the requirement is met, eligibility for an additional productivity bonus and one work‑from‑home day in the next pay period.

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Active license to practice within Georgia.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
• Strong leadership, oral, and written communication skills.
