State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join The GREAT STATE TEAM. You will make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts.
Responsibilities include data entry accuracy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and related laws. The role offers $16.00/hr base, $18.00/hr bilingual, a $500 monthly bonus for the first 90 days, and comprehensive benefits.
