Center Well Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation, helping patients regain strength, mobility and independence. You will assess patients, develop retraining plans and collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize home-based recovery.
We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance, Day One benefits (medical, dental, vision), a $5,000 tuition reimbursement, and a company vehicle with fuel support for eligible staff.
