Devoted Diabetes Educator – Clinical Guide (CDCES) role is fully remote and must be located within the contiguous 50 states. You will manage a diabetes-focused panel, guiding members through education and counseling via phone and video visits to improve self-management.
Requirements include an active CDCES and an unrestricted RN or RD license, plus at least two years of diabetes care experience. Remote diabetes experience is preferred.
