The Opportunity Alliance is hiring for overnight Crisis Support Specialists to provide real-time crisis intervention from a remote Maine workspace. You will engage with individuals in distress via phone, chat, and messaging, assess safety, de-escalate when needed, and connect clients with local resources. Two consistent schedules exist:
Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Monday, 10 PM–3 AM.
A. Associate’s degree required with MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days; strong communication and tech comfort
