Salary Range: $20.00-$21.95

Great Schedule for Busy Professionals or Students!3–5 days each week, 40 hours total — evenings & overnights (with sleep segments!)

As a BHT, you’ll:
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians
  • Assist with educational program and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
  • Receive paid training and coaching

What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
  • Valid Driver’s License +personal vehicle
  • American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
  • NECC CALM training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to getMAP Certified)
