What You'll Do- Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student's motor and mobility goals
- Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
- Perform assessments and contribute to IEP planning meetings
- Complete student reevaluations to support student IEP development
- Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support classroom and residential accommodations
- Collaborate in a supportive interdisciplinary environment (PT, OT, APE, BCBA, and Education Teams)

- Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education)
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills
