As a supervising clinician, you will guide associate‑level therapists in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based teletherapy services to youth while ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate‑level therapists.
• Monitor and ensure supervises adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Use tools and resources to help supervises track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care.
• Supervise during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and weekends) as needed.

• Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Minimum of one year experience providing clinical supervision to associate‑level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak supervision demand times.
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish or another language.
• Preferred: experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
• Preferred: background in school settings or collaboration with educational institutions.
• Preferred: active NPI number and CAQH profile.
