Humana is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 to join our Dental and Go365 teams. The role is remote and involves handling 40+ inbound calls daily, addressing member and provider questions, and documenting interactions in our systems.
During training, you will begin October 2026 with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, and then move to an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern. Humana offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
