Centene Corporation is seeking a Lead for the Illinois Medicaid and Youth Care Grievance & Appeals Processing Team. This remote role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm Central schedule with occasional on-call duties and weekend time.
You will oversee a smaller caseload, coach staff, and ensure alignment with internal standards and state requirements. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in grievance/appeals within healthcare or managed care.
