My Plan Advocate is seeking a Seasonal CARES Representative to contact members by phone, conduct Health Risk Assessments, and guide benefit activations under their plan. This fixed-term assignment runs October 1–December 8, 2026, at roughly 28 hours per week, fully remote across the United States.
A $1,000 completion bonus is available to those who meet all eligibility criteria. The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work within HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
