Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, identify deficits, and establish therapy goals.
• Implement interventions to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and overall function.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to enhance home safety and reduce fall risks.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license.
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification and knowledge of home health regulations.
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and compassionate approach.
