The Community Network for Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Crisis Call Center Specialist for a full-time Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-3:00pm shift. You will be the first point of contact for individuals in crisis, providing evidence-based assessment, intervention and referral within a clinical framework.
Responsibilities include answering 988, BHAL, EPICC lines; conducting risk assessments; crisis intervention and safety planning; coordinating referrals; and documenting all contacts per HIPAA.
