Complex Care Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide per diem in-home assessments for members in Lancaster County, Nebraska. You will spend up to an hour with each member to capture a comprehensive view of their health needs and determine care management opportunities to keep them safe at home.
Applicants must hold an active NP license with ANCC or AANP certification and CPR. Familiarity with CMS regulations, ICD-10/CPT-4 coding, and EHRs is preferred.
