Baltimore Crisis Response, Inc. seeks a 988 LGBTQ+ Youth Phone Counselor to join CarePoint Response, delivering crisis support via the 988 Lifeline. You will respond to youth in crisis, perform risk assessments, and guide callers to safety with sensitivity and trauma-informed care.
This remote, full-time position offers $22.00-$25.50 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends to cover 988 platforms and expand crisis services. Equipment provided and HIPAA compliance required.
