UnityPoint Health is seeking a behavioral health therapist to provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions for adolescents aged 10–18. You will manage a caseload of 10–15 families, delivering 8–26 week interventions, with flexible hours to meet family availability.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and at least two years of behavioral health experience. Licensure as LBSW/LMSW/LISW/LMHC/LMFT is expected.
