EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona is seeking a Therapist for the LGBTQIA Call Center to provide crisis phone interventions and referrals for callers to our suicide hotline. The role requires an Arizona resident with strong communication, empathy, and crisis management skills.
This position will work remotely with possible evenings and nights and opportunities to train new staff. You will document thoroughly, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with internal and external teams to support clients
