Licensed Clinical Social Worker; NJ; Remote

2 Schedule options: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday hours are also available. Part Time positions = 20 hours per week (benefits eligible!!). Must have NJ Medicaid Provider Number!

• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices
• Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities
• Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist
• Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board
• Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
• Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  
  Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment
• Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need
• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily
• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required
• Qualifying social work experience for licensure consists of a minimum of 3000 hours of post Master’s social work
• MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $85,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offered

• Clinical Social Worker licensure required in the state practicing (NJ)
• NJ Medicaid Provider Number
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent short-term counseling skills

Compensation Dependent Upon Location and Experience. The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
