Eleanor Health is seeking a part-time Member Support Specialist to manage inbound inquiries and resolve non-clinical needs using a defined resolution framework. You will report to the Member Support Center Supervisor and contribute to high member satisfaction while supporting operational performance goals.
The role is part-time and temporary for two months, with a schedule of 9am-1pm ET, Monday to Friday. Experience in healthcare and knowledge of managed care processes are valued.
