Vynca is seeking an ECM Clinical Manager to lead the Enhanced Care Management team remotely with up to 25% travel. You will oversee clinical staff, coordinate with PCP/BH teams, develop care plans, and drive KPI attainment.
Requirements include an active LCSW or LMFT license in California, 2 years of people management, 4 years of care management, and willingness to obtain additional licensure. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm PT; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and flexible PTO.
