My Plan Advocate Insurance Solutions, Inc. is seeking Seasonal CARES Representatives to contact members by phone and complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). The role is fixed-term and fully remote, running October 1 through December 8, 2026, about 28 hours per week.
A $1,000 completion bonus is available for meeting all requirements. You will handle HRAs, guide benefit activations, document interactions in real time, and comply with HIPAA/CMS rules.
