Location: New York
Elevance Health, Carelon Rx Call Center is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (English/Spanish) to support disease management programs and physician care plans through drug therapy evaluation and consultation for program participants.
The Pharmacist Consultant will review medication histories, assess compliance, identify barriers, and ensure proper use of prescriptions, while counseling physicians on alternative therapies as needed.
