Essential Qualifications &

Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP licensure for Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to efficiently assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for communication disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort using technology for documentation or, if remote, virtual service provision
• Commitment to approximately 30 hours per month during the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all guidelines
• Participate in required meetings and professional development as needed
• Provide support and resources to educators and caregivers to foster generalization of skills
