Float Health seeks a Clinical Quality Lead to own the nursing judgment at the core of our quality program. You will define what good care looks like, investigate deviations, and decide on follow-up actions across a nationwide network of independent nurses.
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will build standards, education, escalation processes, and a scalable quality system for a fully remote role based in the US. Float operates across multiple states and partner programs.
