Interim Health Care, the nation’s first home care company, is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist in Hudson, WI. You’ll deliver home-based therapy to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve personal goals within a customized plan of care.
You’ll work with a home health team, document progress, and adjust plans. Requires Wisconsin PT license, CPR, and at least 1 year of PT experience, preferably in home health. Competitive salary and benefits.
