Our mission is to deliver evidence-based, intensive, multidisciplinary, and collaborative pediatric therapy that empowers children and their families to achieve their fullest potential. Our neighborhood therapy centers make it easy for families to access a comprehensive approach to therapy, offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy and Mental Health services in one center.

Schedule- Monday–Friday (or four 10-hour days)
- Flexible start and end times
- 2 days at home, 3 days in clinic
- No nights or weekends
- Option to have reduced FTE for 30 hours work week
- 10+ hours of documentation time each week

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers,equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
- Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and documentationasrequired.
- Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)
AND/OR - State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
- Active & Engaged Work– Kneeling,bending and playing at ground level.
