Location: Spring Valley
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Spring Valley, CA is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available for clinicians who will accept patients for the duration of their stay.
