As a
Health and Wellness Coordinator for our Women's Health Navigation Program (WHNP), you will develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive health promotion activities and wellness programs tailored to women's health needs. Key responsibilities include coordinating screenings, health risk assessments, educational presentations, and intervention programs, while representing hospital-based wellness services and facilitating appropriate referrals across service lines. You will support integration with the Integrative Medicine Care Team and behavioral health services, manage facility-based wellness operations, and lead community outreach initiatives.
Preferred candidates will have a background in
care coordination, primary care, or population health
.
Location: This is a remote position, however the candidate must be local to Tucson, AZ, as we do require attendance for in-person meetings once amonth, which may be held at BUMN, BUMCT, or BUMCS. Occasional visits to a Tucson Primary Care clinic may be required, though infrequent.

- Friday, 8am-5pm

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, performing, coordinating, and evaluating a wide range of health promotion activities and programs for targeted populations.
CORE FUNCTIONSStrong knowledge of Wellness as normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Wellness, Health Promotion or related field or equivalent education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdditional related education and/or experience preferred.
