CVS Health, through Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services, seeks a Nutrition Support Dietitian to coordinate home nutrition therapy with patients, caregivers and medical teams. You will customize enteral prescriptions, educate patients, review medical documentation and support payer qualification while advancing patient outcomes.
This fully remote role supports Eastern and Central Time zones; regular hours are 8a-5p ET with on-call rotation.
