Signature Performance is seeking a Follow Up Specialist for a remote position open nationwide. The role focuses on timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims, analyzing activity, and resolving issues with payers to expedite payment.
You will review EOBs, contact insurers, appeal denials, collaborate with billing and clinical staff, and ensure accurate patient accounts. Minimum 2 years in medical billing and EPIC EMR experience preferred;
Monday–Friday 8:00a–4:30p CST.
