Signature Performance seeks a Follow Up Specialist to drive timely and accurate reimbursement on outstanding insurance claims. You will analyze account activity, investigate denials, and coordinate with payers and internal teams to resolve issues and expedite payment.
The role requires knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, experience with EHRs, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, nationwide setting. EPIC EMR exposure is preferred.
