MASC Medical seeks a PA-licensed LCSW for a 100% remote contract therapy role. You will provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults with SMI, dementia, and substance use, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver wrap-around outpatient care.
Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, short- and long-term therapy (CBT, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation), group sessions, caregiver support, EMR documentation, and participation in daily team huddles.
