Signature Performance is seeking a Follow Up Specialist to remotely manage insurance claim follow-up and ensure timely reimbursement. The role requires reviewing EOBs, contacting payers, and resolving claim issues while coordinating with billing and clinical teams.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical billing, strong knowledge of CPT/ICD, and experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, or Artiva. This is a remote position with nationwide eligibility and a competitive hourly rate.
