Signature Performance is seeking a Follow Up Specialist for a remote, nationwide role based in the United States. You will follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely payments, review EOBs, contact payers, and collaborate with billing and clinical staff to resolve issues and expedite reimbursements.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle, knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, and experience with EHR systems such as EPIC or Meditech.
