About the Role Hello, Board Certified Behavior Analysts! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time BCBA within Hamilton County Schools in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting behavioral and skills assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting and training behavior staff, monitoring student progress through data-driven practices, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful growth, consistency, and positive outcomes while ensuring high-quality, ethical behavioral support services.

What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data and client goals.
Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs and interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, session reports, and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Current Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
