Position: Therapist – Speech Language Pathologist

$2720.00/week -

Job Summary:

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides outpatient speech and language therapy for pediatric patients with communication and developmental needs. The role includes independent clinical care while collaborating closely with the Rehab department and support staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for children with language/speech delays, autism, Down syndrome, and articulation/phonological disorders.
  • Evaluate communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Provide direct outpatient therapy sessions and progress monitoring to support measurable treatment outcomes.
  • Coordinate care with occupational, physical, and other Rehab disciplines to ensure consistent patient support.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR Epic.
  • Maintain effective communication with families/caregivers to support home-based carryover strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an MA or M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Maintain an active license or temporary license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical independence and the ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and developmental diagnoses is preferred.
