Eugene Therapy has provided individual, couples and family counseling for children, teens and adults. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Bend, Redmond and surrounding community. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist
, you will provide evidence-based treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions, reflecting the needs of a diverse patient population. • Are comfortable providing care both in person and via telehealth within an integrated setting serving patients with behavioral health needs

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities
• Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in symptoms or complications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon

• 2+ years of professional experience post-master's degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
