Elara Caring is seeking a Spiritual Coordinator in Newburyport to deliver compassionate spiritual care within the home-based hospice model. You will perform initial and ongoing spiritual assessments, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and provide guidance and bereavement support to families.
Requires a degree in divinity/theology/pastoral care, clergy certification, and about 2 years’ hospice or ministry experience. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license are expected.
