Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator for the Birth to Three Program in Waukesha, WI. The role supports children ages 0–3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families, using a family-centered, trauma-informed approach.
The position is full-time and benefit-eligible, with a schedule of Mondays–Fridays 8am–4/4:30pm. After training, remote flexibility may be possible when not visiting clients, with mandatory staff
