About the Role:
We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst to deliver high-quality, with NJ License compassionate care to children aged 2-12. As a key member of our team, you will provide structured therapy sessions in the child's natural environment, using evidence-based techniques to promote meaningful learning and growth. Your expertise will enable children to develop independence, build confidence, and thrive in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions in the child's home, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and generalization
- Provide guidance and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
