Bay Care is seeking an Advanced Inpatient Coding Specialist for a remote, PRN role. You will code inpatient encounters across multiple high-acuity service lines, including Orthopedics, Neurology, Cardiac, and Trauma, ensuring accurate MS-DRG assignment and coding integrity.
The position requires 5+ years in acute care and 3+ years inpatient coding experience with CCS certification. HS diploma required; RHIT preferred. Remote work within FL/GA/NC/SC; flexible schedule.
