TEKsystems is seeking a 100% remote Healthcare Call Center Representative/Care Navigator to support patient outreach, scheduling, and education. The role is fully remote with a start date of 9/14 and a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM ET, paying $21 per hour.
Ideal candidates have 2 years of healthcare customer service experience, familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology, and strong communication skills.
