Acceptance Recovery Counseling is seeking a reliable, organized Medical Receptionist & Scheduler for front desk and telephone reception support in our outpatient behavioral health practice. This temporary/contract position focuses on answering phones, scheduling, and maintaining day-to-day communications.
Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating with clinicians and staff while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
