Location: Mount Eaton
Manpower Group is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Benefits Verification Technician to support members, providers, and insurers by ensuring accurate insurance verification and prescription claims processing. The role is based in Ohio with hybrid work, primarily remote, and a schedule of Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime.
You will verify eligibility, resolve claims issues, coordinate with PBM services, and assist pharmacists and internal teams with audits.
