180 is seeking a Supports Coordinator to deliver person-centered planning and ongoing linkage, coordination and monitoring of services for clients in Kent County. This full-time, hybrid role combines remote work with field meetings in the community.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and relevant experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities, strong organization, listening and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
