Banner Health is seeking motivated Health Schedulers for remote positions across Banner approved states. You will handle inbound calls, schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, while addressing basic medical questions and preparing patients for examinations.
Must manage multiple scheduling systems, work a high-volume schedule, and provide exceptional customer service. Shifts run 6:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday hours; remote training occurs M-F with equipment
